Distance Selling Agreement
1. Parties

1.2. Buyer
The person who places the order and/or to whom the product is delivered. Hereafter referred to as “BUYER”.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, whose specifications and sales price are stated, which the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER’s website www.soulofleila.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Contract Subject Product and Payment Information
The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of products purchased electronically are as they are at the time the order is finalized and are confirmed by the invoice/order summary sent to the BUYER’s email address.
4. General Provisions
- 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the pre-information form regarding the essential characteristics of the product, its price, payment method, and delivery details, and that they approve of these terms.
- 4.2. The product subject to this contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address indicated, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.
- 4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents, if applicable.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to herself /himself or to the person / organization at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. Special Return Conditions — Delicate Products: The majority of products sold by the SELLER consist of 100% pure silk and highly delicate natural fibers such as 70% silk / 30% microfilament. These products, by their very nature;
- Even a single use can cause it to lose its hygienic properties if it comes into contact with body sweat, perfume, deodorant, or makeup residue.
- Due to their delicate nature, jewelry, nails, or threads pulled during improper folding can cause tissue damage and permanent loss of shape, i.e., deformation.
5.3. In this context, for delicate silk products whose packaging has been opened, labels removed, protective security seals detached, or which show signs of use, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and returns are not accepted due to the loss of the product’s resale value and for hygiene reasons.
Signs of use include stains, odors, fabric deterioration, thread pulling, makeup marks, sweat stains, and the scent of perfume or deodorant.
5.4. Products to be returned must be sent in their original box, with any accessories and invoice, in unused and undamaged condition.
6. Force Majeure
If the product subject to this contract cannot be delivered within the specified time due to circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical infrastructure failures, the SELLER is obligated to inform the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order or request that delivery be postponed until the obstacle is removed.
7. Competent Court
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, and İzmir Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value.
8. Entry into force
By placing an order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
