All of our products are made from 100% pure silk and high-end silk blend delicate fabrics.\nFor this reason, the &#8220;resalability&#8221; criterion is meticulously applied in our return processes.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. Return Policy and Sensitive Product Protection<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>\n    Return policy: In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.\n  <\/li>\n\n  <li>\n    Special note regarding silk products: Pure silk and silk blend fabrics are inherently very delicate. The following conditions will render these products &#8220;resaleable&#8221;:\n    <ul>\n      <li>Possible issues during testing include thread pulling, tissue damage, or bulging.<\/li>\n      <li>Makeup stains, sweat marks, deodorant or strong perfume odor residue,<\/li>\n      <li>Removing the protective security lock or label from the product.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n\n  <li>\n Due to our hygiene and quality standards, returns of sensitive products that do not meet these criteria are not accepted.\n  <\/li>\n\n  <li>\n    Note: Returns are not accepted for items that have been washed, altered, or have lost their original shape.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Return Process<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Please send your return request to soulofleila@gmail.com along with your order number.<\/li>\n  <li>Please send the product in its original box, protective packaging, accessories (if any), and the invoice.<\/li>\n  <li>Once the product arrives at our facility, our expert team will conduct a texture and odor check under light. The verification process takes 1-3 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Refund<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>\n    Credit card \/ debit card: Approved refunds are credited to the card used for payment via the iyzico payment infrastructure. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.\n  <\/li>\n  <li>\n    Bank Transfer\/EFT: For payments made via bank transfer or EFT, refunds will be processed to the IBAN account you specified.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Shipping Information<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>\n    Shipping costs: For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost, except for defective products, is the responsibility of the customer.\n  <\/li>\n  <li>\n    Luxury packaging: For return shipments, it is mandatory to preserve the original box to prevent damage during transit. International Orders<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>\n Due to customs and logistics processes, returns are not accepted for international orders, except for defective products. \n In case of exchanges, all customs and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Damaged Packaging and Defective Products<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>\n Please check the package upon delivery. If your package shows visible damage, please have the delivery person fill out a &#8220;Damage Assessment Report&#8221;.
